What is RSS?
Remember the old days when if you wanted to know if anyone had updated their site you had to go to the site and look for new content that was added? Remember how long that used to take? Well, no more thanks to the RSS feed. RSS feeds are like mini-magazine subscriptions on-line only, rather than online, you can get updates on the web page of someone every time you want to add new content to it. "So What" you say. These RSS feeds are more powerful then only be able to get the hotfixes for the contents of someone's site, can also help build your online presence, but most people do it all wrong. I'm going to show you how to do it well.
How you can use RSS to build your business online?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, this means that anyone can sign up for your material and when this happens it builds your credibility with search engines. Usually you see a orange icon at the top of a web page that indicates that there is an RSS feed for the site, if you click on it you will be able to see all the archived content for the web page for a given period of time. Most people do not realize the real power here. They usually make their way up the RSS icon in a small corner where no one can adhere to it. They can also hide it in the bottom of the page where they definitely do not see.
This is the wrong way to do it. Google for the most part like RSS feeds, the more they like a website that has a lot of their subscriptions. Google will count this even better then bookmarking matter, because for some RSS feeds are like bookmarking a page, but there is a bit 'more work done. Anyone who subscribes to your RSS feed will vote as a bit 'that points to your website, if you can only get a few hundred of these you should be able to process the search results fast enough. There is no better way for search engines to determine the importance of a best of real users say and prove by their actions that your site is really remarkable.
Use RSS feeds to get the exposure of mass:
You do not want this, like all the others and see only a small proportion of subscribers who do? This is all most owners of the site you see. You have to put the icon visible where people can see. You must jump out of them when they own your site. If people subscribe to your RSS feed, they will be able to tell there friends and spread the content even more, this will lead to more traffic and business.
Never underestimate the power of RSS feeds, make sure they are aggressive with your approach and shows them where people will want to join. Even better make sure to create a material that will be someone who is worth registering....
