What am I thinking?
Come in touch with our minds. What is really happening there?
What's going on in your subconscious? What you are not aware of? What are your hidden beliefs?
Just look around you. You're seeing your thoughts in the form. Both the conscious and subconscious mind are creating everything in your life. Find out what are the mental equivalent for all that you are experiencing.
Part of the growth in awareness of ourselves as creative beings is to become familiar with the concept of mental equivalents.
As in the interior in such a way must be external. Our inner lives are reflected in our experiences and external circumstances.
The phrase "mental equivalent" was coined by Emmet Fox as a way of describing how we can understand and change what is happening in our lives. For every experience in the physical, mental, there is a corresponding equivalent in the mind.
"Again it is seen in the outermost is the precipitation on the mental equivalent of physical owned by one or more people," says Emmet Fox. "The secret of success in life is to build the mental equivalent that you want and get rid of the mental equivalent that you do not want."
So how do you know what you have mental equivalent? Just look around. "Whatever comes into your life is nothing but the material expression of a certain faith in your mind."
Some mental equivalents are aware and easy to recognize. When you say that a job is beyond your ability, which is the mental equivalent for what kind of job you have or seek. When they tell you that the man or woman is not interested in you then why bother to start a conversation, which is the mental equivalent of what kind of relationships you have in your life. When you say you are fat and you're always going to be fat, which is the mental equivalent of your current weight and physical condition. This is the conscious thought. The conscious mind is very powerful. It 's the only way to change the subconscious thought.
But since 90% of our mental activity is subconscious, we must recognize what we're thinking about unconsciously. This is when an external seems to happen out of nowhere and we have no conscious thought to do so. What if your home is burglarized or there is a health problem. Were not consciously thinking about getting robbed or fall ill. So what? This is when we ask what is this external experience told me my inner thought? What are my unconscious beliefs?
This is particularly important in the field of our physical bodies. The subconscious mind rules the body. Do not you have to consciously think about breathing, right? Not consciously tell your heart to beat. All this is done beautifully mechanic who is the law of our being and the law is synonymous with the subconscious.
Great work was done by Louise Hay to document the equivalent of many physical and mental illnesses. In his groundbreaking book "You Can Heal Your Life," Louise Hay lists over 350 different dis-diseases, disorders and conditions that can and what they have experienced the mental equivalent is usual for them. Now, not all mental equivalent is always the reason for the experience, but this is a general list to help you understand what you believe is creating this experience in your life.
For example, arthritis is the mental equivalent of the general "feel unloved, criticism, resentment," according to Louise Hay. The mental equivalent again to reverse or cure this condition is: "I love that I now choose to love and approve of me I see others with love ..."
Diabetes a growing problem in our society has the mental equivalent general "nostalgia for what might have been a great need to control, deep pain, no tenderness on the left." The new thought to replace the old mental equivalent ". This moment is filled with joy that now choose to experience the sweetness of today."
The idea of mental equivalent is not to blame themselves and to feel guilty for having these unconscious beliefs and, therefore, taking these conditions into your life. It is simply information to use to your advantage. To become aware of what you are subconsciously thinking leads me to think about your beliefs and conscience. This is the only place where change can happen. Louise Hay affirmations to change using equivalent mental awareness. Religious Science uses Spiritual Mind Treatment. Someone could use journaling or therapy sessions.
The point is to become aware of them. To become aware of them. Because you have this car accident? Because you get the rash? Why did you attract another dysfunctional relationship? Start having a conversation with yourself. What is really going on with you? Step out of the experience. Look calmly, rationally, and without judgment.
After the self-examination, you want to change this mental equivalent? You must change your thinking and keep it changed (keeping it changed, which is the key) - that is the way to build a new mental equivalent.
Emmet Fox writes: "You already have a mental equivalent for everything in your life today. You must destroy the models for the things you do not want, and then disappear. You need to build a new model or mental equivalent for 'things that want, and then enter into your life .... For a while, 'you will find that your thinking will keep slipping back into the old rut. Such is the force of habit. But if you are persistent in silence, we want achieve victory. "
