Hockey is a game for tough people, but sometimes it becomes more rugged
For fans of hockey, knowing that the game is made for rude people, not news. Just as during the development of this game is a real show for all the fans who normally attend such events, the players know in advance that it requires much physical strength and are aware of the consequences to which exposed if any of their tactics never worked, sometimes it becomes really violent turn.
Hockey is a sport that needs to be developed with a definite physical balance, but the players know that this game is also about having good strategies to topple your opponent so they can achieve their main goal: win the game.
As an example of this, let's look at the Rangers' final game last Saturday, which took place in the glorious Madison Square Garden, where Brendan Shanahan of 220 pounds and Mike KNUBLE 230, collided against each other on the court . With two of the best game pieces lying on the ice, spectators and the people who were present at the site, were concerned by the event. Shanahan lost consciousness, but was assisted immediately and after spending the entire night in the Saint Vincent Hospital in Manhattan, the X-ray tests showed no damage in his neck or spine.
On the other hand, KNUBLE took the brunt of the accident. The player broke his right orbital bone and right cheek, which required surgery. Because KNUBLE Event will be out of the Flyers lineup for an indefinite period.
Despite the bad times and the fact that these accidents happen very rarely, the accident could have been worse.
This is one of those inevitable situations in which he commented at the beginning of this article, but is part of the sport, even when all family members and followers may worry about this sort of trouble, nobody can stop hockey fever.
